How do I change my eero Secure billing information?

To change the credit card on file for your eero Secure membership:

  • Open the eero app
  • Tap the Settings icon on the bottom right
  • Tap Account
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Tap Edit in the Payment Method section
  • Add your new credit card number, security code, and Zip Code
  • Tap Save

To switch from a credit card to Google Pay for your eero Secure membership (android only):

  • Open the eero app
  • Tap the Settings icon on the bottom right
  • Tap Account
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Tap eero Secure
  • Tap Payment Method
  • Select Google Play
  • Tap Update

To make changes online:

  • Log in to account.eero.com
  • Select Manage Account
  • Select Edit
  • Add your new credit card number, expiration date, security code, and postal code
  • Select Update Payment Method
