Advanced features, like Profiles, will not work when your eeros are in bridge mode. Your eeros will still mesh and provide WiFi access in this mode, but another router will control your network services. To access all of eero’s features, we recommend you use eero as your primary router.
If you’re using the iOS version of the eero App, you can disable bridge mode on your eero network by taking the following steps:
- Open the eero app
- Tap on the Settings tab
- Tap on the Advanced section in the menu that appears
- Scroll until you find the DHCP & NAT option and select it
- In the menu that appears, if “Bridge” is selected, select “Automatic” to return to the default configuration, or “Manual IP” if you wish to enter a specific DHCP range
- Hit the back arrow on the top left to save your settings
If you have any questions about your network settings, please don't hesitate to give us a call!
