Why can't I access Profiles?

Profiles is available to all eero users. If you are unable to use the feature, it could be due to your network configuration or your eeroOS or app not being up to date.

If you can’t access Profiles, please:

  1. Make sure you’re using the most recent version of the eero application on your phone. This feature requires app version 1.1 or higher.
  2. Make sure your eeroOS is up to date. All of your eeros must be on software version 1.1 or higher to support Profiles.
  3. Make sure your network isn’t in bridge mode. Profiles is only available to unbridged networks. 

For new customers:

If you just purchased an eero WiFi system for your home and can’t access Profiles, please make sure you are using the latest version of eeroOS for your network. After setting up your new eero WiFi system, you will receive a prompt to manually update your network. To use new features like Profiles, it is necessary to have a minimum version (v1.1.0) on all of your eeros to support it.
