Help! I'm having issues streaming from Paramount+

We’re sorry about that! If you’re having trouble streaming content from Paramount+ and have Block Ads enabled via eero Secure, we recommend trying the following:


  • Add to the list of Allowed sites for your network in the eero app. This is done via Discover > eero Secure > Block & allow sites > Select Allowed > Add Allowed Site 
    • Note: Choose a specific Profile or Profiles to allow the site for if you're only streaming Paramount+ on devices linked to said profile(s) as shown below on the left. Otherwise, toggle the Network option to allow it for all devices as shown below on the right.
