How do I sign up for and manage my eero Plus subscription?

eero Plus is available for purchase through the eero App, account.eero.com, or bundled with eero hardware purchases. You can sign up directly or start with a free trial when setting up your network.

All new eero users get a free trial of eero Plus when they set up their network for the first time. Your free trial automatically converts into either a monthly or yearly plan based on your initial selection, which auto-renews until you cancel. For more information, see the eero Subscription Terms of Service.

What do I need before signing up?

You'll need:

• An eero system
• The eero App installed on your smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android)
• Your eero system can't be in bridge mode

How do I sign up for eero Plus?

From the eero App:

1. Open the eero App and tap Home in the bottom-left corner
2. Tap the eero Plus modal button
3. Select Yearly or Monthly (both include a 1-month free trial)
4. Select your preferred payment method:
   • Apple Pay or Google Pay
   • Credit card information (US only)
5. Select “I agree to the recurring charges using the payment above”
6. Tap Subscribe to eero Plus
7. Verify your subscription in the Security & privacy section of the Home tab

From account.eero.com (US and CA):

1. Go to account.eero.com
2. Log in with your eero account email address, phone number, or Amazon-linked account
3. Enter the verification code
4. Select your subscription choice (monthly or yearly)
5. Enter your credit card info, and click Buy Now
6. Verify your subscription in the Security & privacy section of the Home tab

Bundled with Amazon purchase (US):

If you purchased an eero product on Amazon with bundled eero Plus, link your Amazon account to your eero account. Managing this type of subscription is done through Amazon's Memberships & Subscriptions page.

Note: Amazon handles all refund requests and payment method updates for bundled subscriptions.

Bundled with eero.com purchase (US):

If you purchased an eero product on eero.com with bundled eero Plus, use your checkout email when creating your eero account. Your free trial starts when you set up your network and converts to paid at trial end. Change your subscription anytime at account.eero.com.

How do I manage my eero Plus subscription?

Check your status in Security & privacy on the Home tab, or:

1. Open the eero App, and tap Settings in the bottom-right corner
2. Scroll down, then tap Account settings
3. Tap Manage at account.eero.com
4. Log in using your verified phone number, email address, or Amazon account

Your subscription auto-renews until canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
