The Activity tab shows your network's speed tests, data usage, and (for eero Plus subscribers) security analytics. eero Plus subscribers can view scans, threat blocks, ad blocks, and content filters with detailed breakdowns by category.
How do I view speed tests?
The eero App automatically runs speed tests every one to three days to measure your download and upload speeds from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). The Activity tab displays the fastest results for the current week (starting Sunday).
Tap Fastest Download or Fastest Upload to open the Speed page where you can:
- Run a new speed test manually
- View speed test results from previous weeks

How do I monitor data usage?
The Activity tab shows how much data is downloaded and uploaded over time by device and profile. Data updates regularly to provide accurate network usage insights.
All users can view:
- Live data usage — Updates every five seconds to help identify devices using more bandwidth than expected
- Weekly data usage — Current week's total usage
eero Plus subscribers can view daily and monthly data usage.
What is the eero Plus Activity Center?
If you have an active eero Plus subscription, you'll see graphs showing an overview of each Plus filter category when you open the Activity tab. Tap any graph for a more detailed view.
Within each section, you can view the total number of Scans, Threat Blocks, Ad Blocks, and Content Filters by day, week, and month. To learn more about what these metrics mean, visit What is the eero Plus Activity Center?
eero Plus subscribers can access the Event Stream, a searchable historic log of recent network activity. To access the Event Stream, tap the clock icon in the top-right corner of the Activity tab.
