How do I set up eero with TalkTalk?

You can set up eero with TalkTalk using either a G.fast modem or fibre connection box (ONT).

Note: Do not power off your modem during setup, even if the eero App prompts you to.

1. Unplug your old router from the G.fast modem or fibre connection box (ONT)
2. Download the eero App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your eero account or use your Amazon account
4. Connect your Gateway eero to the G.fast modem or fibre connection box (ONT) with the Ethernet cable
5. Connect eero to power
6. Follow the in-app instructions to complete setup
7. Find your eero network on your device, enter the network password you created, and connect

What if my eero isn't working after setup?

Make sure your internet connection from the fibre connection box is online by connecting a device directly to it and testing if you can browse the web. If that doesn't work, contact TalkTalk.
