Just like eeros, every eero Beacon acts as an access point on your home network. Unlike range extenders, eero and eero Beacons work together allowing your network to stay fast, reliable, and flexible.
This means that eero Beacons can talk with both eeros and eero Beacons. Whereas with a range extender, it can only communicate with your router, making its expandability limited to the range of your router.
