Does eero replace my Internet Service Provider?

In order to use eero, you will still need to have an Internet Service Provider (ISP). eero works with all ISPs in the United States and Canada.

What is an ISP?

An ISP, such as Comcast or AT&T, provides Internet service to your home (or business). Depending on your ISP and the service they provide, you can obtain various upload/download speeds and other services they may provide.

Your ISP takes care of getting an Internet signal to your house. Once you plug an eero into your existing modem and set it up, eero takes care of everything else and begins covering your house in WiFi.
