If you are unsatisfied with your eero purchase from store.eero.com, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify eero, and request a refund of the purchase price. To qualify for a refund from eero, you must meet all of the conditions of eero’s Return & Refund Policy, found here.
Note: For the Holiday season, we’ve extended our return period. If you purchase on eero.com between 11/1/20-12/31/20, you have until 1/31/21 to return your purchase.
If you purchased the Product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. Returns, and requests for refunds, to resellers are subject to the reseller’s return/refund policy, which may differ from eero's store policy.
