Why can't I update my eeros when they're offline?

Updating your eeroOS requires that you're connected to the internet. Before starting a software update, make sure all your eeros are powered on and connected to your network.

If your internet provider is experiencing an outage or your network is down, you won't be able to update your eeros until your connection is restored. If one or more of your eeros are unplugged, they won't have an internet connection and thus won't be able to update.

We have troubleshooting steps for offline eero networks available. If you need further assistance, contact your internet provider to check for outages.
