If you experience an issue with your eero network, run a network health check through the eero App. This feature helps you quickly pinpoint problems with your network.
How do I run a health check?
Access the health check by tapping Settings in the App and selecting Troubleshooting. On the help page, you'll see four options at the top:
- My internet connection drops
- My internet is slow
- My internet is offline
- My eero's light is red
Select the problem statement that best represents the issue you're experiencing. The eero App will run a health check and identify issues. You'll then see results and suggested next steps.
