Hardware Details
The eero Pro 7 is a tri-band Wi-Fi 7 router made for large home networks with high speed and connectivity requirements. It is capable of serving as either a primary router or as an extender for an existing eero network.
Each eero Pro 7 features two auto-sensing 5 GbE ports, enabling hardwired devices to take full advantage of internet plans up to 5 Gbps. The eero Pro 7 provides up to 2,000 sq. ft. (190 m²) of indoor coverage per unit, and can support 200+ connected devices.

MLO Support
A new feature of the eero Pro 7 is Multi-Link operation (MLO) support, which can reduce latency and improve connectivity and speed for Wi-Fi 7 devices when compared to standard operation. Combined with Wi-Fi 7 support and eero’s continuous firmware updates, the eero Pro 7 enables home networks to take full advantage of the newest and most powerful wifi technology.

Can I use eero Pro 7 with my existing eero hardware?
Yes. The eero Pro 7 is fully backwards compatible with previous generations of eero hardware, and can also be used together with current eero Wi-Fi 7 hardware, such as the eero Max 7 and eero Outdoor 7 (US/CA only).
Does eero Pro 7 work with eero Built-In?
The eero Pro 7 is compatible with eero Built-In on select Amazon Echo devices. Refer to our guide on eero Built-In for more information on how to get started.
What do I need to set up my eero Pro 7?
Similar to other eero products, the eero Pro 7 requires the use of the Android or iOS eero app for setup and network management. When setting up an eero Pro 7, be sure to place the device on a raised, flat surface, away from reflective surfaces like metal, mirrors, or glass. Is eero Pro 7 compatible with eero subscription services?
The eero Pro 7 is compatible with eero Plus, eero for Business, as well as eero for Service Providers.
