Profiles

Users can access and manage profiles on their network by clicking on the profile in the Profiles section. Doing so, they can view what devices are associated with each profile, add devices to the profile, edit scheduled pauses, adjust safe filters (eero Plus subscribers), and delete profiles.

An animated GIF of how to create a Family Profile. Tap the blue plus in the top right corner of the Home screen, select Add a profile, name the Profile and select the device(s) to add to the Profile.

Adding a profile can be done from the app's home page by tapping on the blue icon at the top right corner of the screen. Follow the prompts on the screen to name the profile and assign specific devices to it. 

Any device can be added to a network profile, provided that it is not already associated with an existing network profile.

An animated GIF showing how to enable Content Filters. Starting at the Home Screen, tap on the desired profile, tap Content Filters, then select the desired pre-made age range to get started. You can then customize the filters within that age range to add additional blocks, or allow certain content that is normally blocked for that age range.

Select an existing profile to specify what kinds of content it is eligible to access, such as enabling Safe Search, illegal/criminal content filters, and adult/violent content.

Users also  additional options such as setting access schedules to restrict access at certain times of the day. 

If needed, users can also delete a profile by accessing this menu.
