You can set up eero with Virgin Media by putting your Virgin Hub in bridge mode (modem-only mode). The setup process varies based on your hub model.
First, connect your eero to the Virgin Hub using the Ethernet cable provided in the box. Follow the instructions from the eero App to complete the setup of the eero network.
Once your eero network is online, put the Virgin Hub in bridge mode.
How do I set up Hub 3 or Hub 4?
Make sure you are connected to the Hub before following these steps.
- Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your browser
- The password is printed on the bottom of the Hub
- Select Modem Mode on the left hand side of the screen
- Select the option next to Enable Modem Mode
- Select Apply changes
Note: Once in bridge mode, the IP address you use to access the Hub changes from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.100.1.

How do I set up Super Hub 1, 2, or 2ac?
Make sure you are connected to the Super Hub 1, 2, or 2ac before following these steps.
- Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your browser
- The password is printed on the bottom of the Hub
- Select Super Hub Settings to see the Modem Mode section
- Select Enable Modem Mode
- Select Yes to continue. The Super Hub will reboot and activate bridge mode
Note: Once in bridge mode, the IP address you use to access the Super Hub changes from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.100.1.
How do I set up Super Hub 5?
The setup with the Hub 5 is similar to the Hub 3 or 4. First, connect the eero to the Ethernet port of the hub and follow the instructions in the eero App. If any issue occurs, you can try disabling the Virgin Media Websafe Settings (Child safe mode off) and try again. Once the eero is successfully connected, put the Virgin Hub in bridge mode.
What if I need to keep my Hub in router mode?
If you need to keep your Hub in router mode, disable its Wi-Fi signal to avoid interference with your eero network.
