Setting Up eero with EE

The EE setups are similar to most configurations - you can either Double NAT your eero network or put it in Bridge mode.

In both cases, it is very important to turn off the wireless signal of your EE hub, as it will cause some major interference with the eero Wi-Fi.

EE offers two different devices, the Smart Hub and the BrightBox 2.

  • On the Smart Hub, please connect to the hub and access its settings via a browser. Then navigate to Advanced settings > Advanced wireless > Configuration and turn both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz networks off.
  • On the BrightBox 2. Make sure to connect to the hub and access its settings via a browser. go to Basic > Wireless Settings > Disable Wireless, for both the 2.4 GHz & 5GHz Then make sure you Save Settings.

As always, If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We are more than happy to help answer or address any concerns.
