How do I change my eero Plus billing information?

To change the credit card on file for your eero Plus membership:

 

For account.eero.com Sign Ups ONLY:

  • Log in to account.eero.com
  • Select Manage Account
  • Select Edit
  • Add your new credit card number, expiration date, security code, and postal code
  • Select Update Payment Method
