How do I sign up for and manage my eero subscription?

Signing up for eero Plus is simple! To get started, first make sure:

  1. You have an eero WiFi system
  2. You have the eero app installed on your smartphone (iOS or Android)
  3. Your eero WiFi system isn't in bridge mode

All new eero users will be given the option to sign up for a Free Trial when they setup their network for the first time.

To sign up for eero Plus on account.eero.com, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://account.eero.com
  2. Proceed to login with your eero account email address or your Amazon account, and enter the verification code
  3. Select your subscription choice (monthly or yearly)
  4. Enter your credit card information and click “Buy Now”
  5. Verify your subscription has been applied through the eero app in the eero Plus section of the menu under 'Discover'

Need to make a change to your subscription?

Your subscription continues until canceled. If you do not wish to continue auto-renewing, you must cancel your subscription at least 24-hours before the next billing period begins by using the processes below. You can otherwise make changes to your subscription using the processes below.
