Deleting your eero wifi network will erase all of your settings and reset your eeros back to factory default. This allows you to set up your eeros in another home or on a network.
If you don’t plan to reuse your eeros after deleting your network and don’t have any other networks under your eero account, cancel your eero Plus or eero Business subscription before deleting your network. See How do I sign up for and manage my eero subscription? to learn how to cancel your subscription. Then follow these steps:
- Open the eero App, and tap Settings in the bottom-right corner
- Tap Advanced networking
- Tap
(more options icon)
- Tap Delete network
- On the confirmation page, tap Delete network again
If you still have an active eero subscription, the confirmation page will remind you to cancel it before moving forward. When you’re ready, tap Next and then Delete network
