How do I update my phone number or email?

You can update your mobile number and email address in the eero App under Account settings in the Settings tab.

Steps to update account information in the eero App:

  1. Open the eero App, and tap Settings in the bottom-right corner
  2. Scroll down, and then tap Account settings
  3. Tap the Mobile Number or Email Address field
  4. Enter your new mobile number or email, and tap Next
  5. You'll receive a verification code at your new mobile number or email
  6. Enter the 6-digit code and tap Verify. If needed, tap Resend verification code

You can now use your updated mobile number or email to sign in.
