How does the rebrand to eero Plus impact eero Secure customers?
You can read more about our rebrand to eero Plus here. Existing US eero Secure subscribers who are billed directly by eero will be transitioned to eero Plus on November 15, 2022 and have been sent an email notifying them of pricing changes and this service transition. These existing eero Secure customers will remain at their original subscription rate until their individual renewal date occurring on or after November 15, 2022. At time of that renewal, these customers will be automatically provided with 50% off their eero Plus monthly or annual plan (these customers will be charged $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year) for one year (12 months). After this 12 month period, their price will increase to the new standard eero Plus pricing of $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
Customers who wish to opt-out of these plan and price changes should cancel their subscription before November 15, 2022 following the instructions here. Refunds for subscriptions purchased from eero are subject to our cancellation policies in our subscription terms and any notices from eero.
