Account settings lets you control your login method, manage your eero Plus or eero Business subscription, and update your account information.
To sign out of your eero account, tap Sign Out in the top-right corner. If you decide to stop using eero, you have the option to delete your account and all associated data by tapping the Delete account data button at the bottom of the page. See How do I close my eero account and delete my data?
How do I change my name in the app?
This is the name of your account, and can be your real name or a nickname. To update your account name:
- Open the eero App, then tap Settings in the bottom-right corner
- Scroll down, then tap Account settings
- Tap Full Name
- Enter your changes, then tap Save
How do I update the phone number or email address associated with my account?
If you did not link your Amazon account when creating your account, you can change the phone number or email address you use to sign into the eero App. Follow the instructions in How do I update the phone number or email associated with my account?
You can also tap Switch to Amazon login to log into the app with your Amazon account instead of relying on a verification code. Linking your Amazon account unlocks access to Amazon Connected Home. See our Amazon Connected Home article to learn more about Amazon integrations with eero.
How do I receive marketing email notifications?
To receive email notifications about new products, features, and promotions, tap Stay Up to Date.
How can I see the status of my eero subscriptions?
If you have an eero subscription, you'll see the eero Plus subscription or eero Business subscription section. Based on how it was purchased and whether you're using the iOS or Android version of the eero App, you can manage your subscription by tapping Manage at Amazon.com, Manage at account.eero.com, Manage at Apple ID settings, or Manage at Google Play settings. You'll also see your subscription's next renewal date.
